The HJ-E800 series digital program-controlled switch offers three remote module access methods: fiber optic, 2M, and Ethernet. Fiber optic is used when bare fiber resources are available, and it can also provide a 100M Ethernet connection for data transmission channels.
2M access utilizes the spare 2M resources of SDH or PDH.
Ethernet access is currently a relatively innovative method for extending remote modules within the company. It’s ideal for scenarios where there’s no available fiber-optic or 2M resource at the remote location, enabling the extension of IADs and seamless integration with SIP network phones. This solution can be used for remote number allocation, deployed across individual floors or entire enterprises, or even integrated into digital gateway networks. Additionally, the HJ-E800 features a red alarm function, making it suitable for applications in environments with stringent fire safety requirements, such as hotels and businesses.
