To precisely align with the talent needs of enterprises for high-quality development and to deepen the collaborative education model integrating industry and academia, on the afternoon of October 10, at the “Talent Home” co-built by Hengjie Communication and the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Wenzhou University—the shared space designated as the “Faculty & Alumni Home”—as well as the “Talent Station” of the Yalong Intelligent Industry College, a joint campus-enterprise event featuring the “One Body, Two Wings, Three Zones” coordinated approach was held through a combination of “online + offline” and “on-campus + off-campus” methods. Representatives from both enterprises and the school—including relevant officials, faculty members, and student representatives—participated in this event.
At the main venue of “Talent Home,” Vice Dean Chen Xiaojing first provided a comprehensive interpretation of the “Management and Implementation Measures for the Hengjie Communication Fund of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Wenzhou University,” effectively bringing the “Policy Service Express” directly to the site. Subsequently, Li Daotiao, Chairman of our company, gave a detailed introduction to the company’s profile and elaborated specifically on the internship and practical training opportunities as well as job resources available to students, thereby establishing a pragmatic cooperation platform for collaborative talent development between the university and the enterprise. Through the integration of industry and education and practice-based talent cultivation, this initiative will help nurture and support the growth of young talents. Following that, representatives of the intern students, the college’s supervising teachers, and the company’s supervising mentors each delivered speeches, engaging in in-depth exchanges and discussions.
At the sub-venue of the “Talent Station” at the Yalong Intelligent Industry College, Dr. Peng Zishun delivered a presentation titled “Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurial Practice: A Two-Way Path for Competition-Driven Enterprise Development.” Using a combination of theory and case studies, he analyzed the value of academic competitions in sparking innovation and promoting technological upgrades in enterprises from three perspectives: the path from technology R&D to industrialization, entrepreneurial pathways and real-world challenges, and the two-way channel itself along with its associated practical hurdles.
At the sub-venue of the “Faculty and Alumni Home” shared space in the college, Vice Dean Zhu Haiyong conducted a special exchange session centered on “Sharing Insights into the Challenge Cup Competition.” He systematically shared information from six perspectives: an overview of the competition, the college’s award-winning achievements, analysis of outstanding entries, preparation of application materials, summarization of practical experience, and the growth and gains students have experienced. He encouraged faculty and students to use competitions as a catalyst for teaching and research, thereby promoting a precise alignment between academic research, teaching, and industry needs.
This “Hengjie Technology Open Day” and the special lecture on the “Electrical Innovation Academy” academic competition represent an important step taken by Hengjie Communications to deepen university-enterprise cooperation and explore the model of “industry-education integration for talent development.” In the future, Hengjie Communications will continue to leverage the “Talent Hub” platform to further integrate the company’s technological resources, job opportunities, and the college’s educational resources. Through joint establishment of practice bases, co-development of curricula, and collaborative research projects, we will foster synergy among “corporate engineers, college faculty, and students,” achieving “joint scenario creation, resource sharing, co-research on projects, joint talent cultivation, and mutual success in outcomes.” This effort will help nurture more high-quality professionals in the fields of communications and artificial intelligence, while also providing a steady stream of talented individuals to fuel the company’s high-quality development.
