To strengthen team cohesion and allow everyone to reconnect with nature and history amidst their busy work schedules, all employees of Hengjie Communications embarked on an extraordinary one-day team-building trip to Cangnan on September 13, 2025. From tracing the echoes of our red heritage to soaking in the breathtaking coastal scenery, we journeyed together, returning with hearts full of cherished memories.

The crisp autumn breeze carries a refreshing coolness, blending gently with the pleasant, invigorating air. To strengthen team cohesion and allow everyone to reconnect with nature and history amidst their busy work schedules, all employees of Hengjie Communications embarked on an extraordinary one-day team-building excursion to Cangnan on September 13, 2025. From tracing the footsteps of our revolutionary past to soaking in the breathtaking coastal scenery, we journeyed together, returning with hearts full of cherished memories and renewed energy.

Red Imprints: Revisiting the Revolutionary History of Southern Zhejiang

We first arrived at the Zhejiang-South No. 1 Memorial Hall in Ouhai District.

Stepping into the museum, you're immediately enveloped by the profound sense of red history. The exhibition hall is themed around "The Revolutionary History of Southern Zhejiang," vividly bringing to life the glorious chapters of the region's revolutionary past through four distinct sections—starting from the establishment of early Party organizations and armed struggles, through the convening of the First Congress of the CPC Southern Zhejiang Committee, to the reorganization of the Southern Zhejiang Special Committee and the vigorous growth of the revolutionary cause. Pausing before the historical scene of Xie Wenjin founding the Wenzhou Independent Branch of the CPC in 1924, and recalling how Hu Gongmian and others established the 13th Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, visitors feel as though they’ve traveled back in time, touching the passionate初心 (original aspiration) of their predecessors who dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to their ideals and beliefs. Throughout the visit, everyone remained quietly respectful, drawing strength and inspiration from this red heritage to move forward with determination.

The Promise of Mountains and Seas: Encounter Cangnan's Most Beautiful Coastline

Leaving the memorial hall, the bus headed south, carrying us toward Cangnan’s breathtaking landscape of mountains and sea. We then arrived at Longtaibei, located along East Coast Highway No. 1 (Cangnan’s 168 Golden Coastline). Here, mountains meet the sea under a gentle sea breeze, while picturesque rural scenery unfolds along the way. Everyone paused briefly to capture this natural gift of beauty through their cameras.

At noon, we arrived at Yan Ting Jinsha Beach in Cangnan—known as the "Home of Chinese Swimming Crabs"—and enjoyed a delicious local specialty lunch. Plump, succulent swimming crabs, tender fresh sea fish... Authentic seafood dishes left everyone thoroughly satisfied, recharging our energy for the afternoon's activities.

Afternoon Delights: A Pleasant Journey from "Endless Blue" to Moonlight Bay

In the afternoon, with the sunlight just right, we walked along the 168 Golden Coastline. Along the way, we stopped at the "Endless Blue" viewing platform, where the vast expanse of azure sea and sky created the most breathtaking backdrop.

Finally, everyone arrived at Moon Bay Beach, where soft golden sand stretched beneath their feet and a sparkling sea shimmered before their eyes. Some waded barefoot through the gentle waves, others strolled leisurely along the shore, while others even set off into the open sea as a group—fully embracing the serene and delightful coastal atmosphere.

A Moment of Joyful Togetherness: Dual Satisfaction for Both Tongue and Heart

As evening fell, we kicked off our dinner at the Misty City Seafood Villa in Moon Bay. Fresh seafood, prepared with authentic local techniques, once again captivated everyone with Cangnan's unique culinary charm. Around the table, laughter and cheerful chatter filled the air as participants eagerly shared their day’s experiences and amusing stories—sometimes breaking into song, other times dancing joyfully, each moment pushing the lively atmosphere to new heights. Finally, amid everyone’s anticipation, the melody of "Sing My Country" softly began to play. Chairman Li Daotiao and General Manager Xie Qiang took the lead in singing, and soon everyone joined in, their powerful voices echoing with deep affection and heartfelt blessings for our great motherland—adding a special, meaningful touch to this team-building event.

Carrying with us abundant takeaways and a touch of reluctance, we set off on our journey home. As the bus safely arrived in Wenzhou, this team-building activity came to a successful close.

Post-Team Building Reflection

The day’s itinerary was both fulfilling and unforgettable. We reflected on our original aspirations through red education, released stress amidst the breathtaking scenery of mountains and seas, and strengthened our bonds during joyful moments together. Every member of Hengjie Communications gained inspiration and renewed strength from this journey. Moving forward, we will embrace a more united spirit and approach our work with even greater enthusiasm, rallying our collective energy to embark on a new chapter ahead!
