On January 23, 2026, all of Hengjie’s colleagues gathered together for a warm and splendid Spring Festival gala, bidding farewell to the Year of the Golden Snake and ushering in the vibrant Year of the Horse. At the outset of the event, the host extended heartfelt New Year greetings on behalf of the company to every hardworking employee. Amidst enthusiastic applause, everyone watched a New Year video brimming with good wishes.

With steeds greeting the spring and all things renewed, on January 23, 2026, all colleagues at Hengjie gathered together for a warm and splendid Spring Festival gala, bidding farewell to the Year of the Golden Snake and welcoming the vibrant Year of the Horse.

At the outset of the annual meeting, the host extended heartfelt New Year greetings on behalf of the company to every hardworking colleague. Amid warm applause, attendees watched a festive New Year video brimming with well-wishes, its heartwarming scenes setting the tone for the evening.

Leadership Address

Immediately afterward, Li Daotiao, Chairman of Hengjie Communications, took the stage to deliver a speech. He reflected on the past year’s hard work and growth, while expressing high hopes for each department in the year ahead. His remarks conveyed both deep care for the employees and unwavering confidence in the company’s future, leaving the audience inspired.

Award Ceremony Segment

At the annual meeting, we jointly witnessed the presentation of numerous awards, paying heartfelt tribute to our colleagues who have made outstanding contributions and demonstrated exceptional dedication in their respective roles.

Outstanding Employee of 2025

A total of 15 colleagues from the Finance and Administration Department, Quality Control Department, Sales Department, Technical Department, and Production Department have been honored with this distinction. Through their concrete actions, they have embodied the very essence of “excellence” and serve as role models for all members of the Hengjie team.

Service Model Employee

Through his professionalism and patience in frontline service, he has earned unanimous recognition from both customers and colleagues, earning the title of “Service Excellence Award Winner.”

Outstanding Individual in Confidentiality Work

With a strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail, she has safeguarded the company’s information security and was honored with the “Outstanding Individual in Confidentiality Work” award.

Activity Segment

Following the awards ceremony, the evening transitioned into a lighthearted and enjoyable period of performances and games.

The Administrative and Finance Department’s choral rendition of “Good Luck Comes” was brimming with festive cheer, instantly igniting the entire venue; meanwhile, a solo melodica performance of “Castle in the Sky” by a colleague from the Technical Department floated on the air—ethereal and melodious, utterly captivating. The Sales Department then presented a poetic recitation titled “I Love Going to Work,” poignantly voicing the sentiments of every hardworking employee with humor and sincerity; and a solo singing of “Wishing You Prosperity,” performed by a colleague from the Production Department, offered the most heartfelt New Year wishes through a familiar, beloved melody.

The game segment was a nonstop burst of laughter. In the “Guess the Line from the Picture” activity, the audience and the stage engaged in lively, spirited competition. Through the games, everyone grew closer, and amid the merriment, heartfelt wishes were shared.

The awards ceremony and performances concluded successfully to a round of applause, as everyone bid farewell to the stage’s dazzling splendor and savored the warm, convivial moments shared over delicious food and lively conversation.

During the gathering, colleagues raised their glasses in toast, exchanging heartfelt wishes of “Happy New Year,” “You’ve worked hard,” and “Let’s keep up the good work next year.” The leaders also joined the tables, engaging in warm conversations and offering their best wishes to everyone.
