On the morning of March 7, 2025, Chen Wenyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee; Shu Liang, Vice Dean; Weng Jie, Deputy Secretary; Xie Wenhao, Vice Dean, and other members from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Wenzhou University visited Hengjie Communication as part of a company-visit and job-expansion activity themed "Focusing on University-Enterprise Cooperation and Industry-Academia-Research Integration." On the morning of March 7, 2025, Chen Wenyuan, Secretary of the Party Committee; Shu Liang, Vice Dean; Weng Jie, Deputy Secretary; Xie Wenhao, Vice Dean, and other members of the delegation from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Wenzhou University visited Hengjie Communication to carry out an enterprise outreach and job development activity centered around "collaboration between universities and enterprises, integrating industry, academia, and research." Li Daotiao, Chairman of Hengjie Communication, and Xie Qiang, General Manager, extended a warm welcome. The two sides engaged in an in-depth dialogue on collaborative innovation in industry, academia, and research, jointly exploring new avenues for mutually beneficial cooperation.

Under the leadership of Chairman Li Daotiao, the delegation subsequently visited Hengjie's R&D technology department, intelligent production workshop, and product exhibition center. They were given a detailed introduction to Hengjie's core technologies, innovative products, and competitive advantages within the industry. Additionally, the group shared insights into Hengjie's development journey in the telecommunications sector as well as its future strategic plans. Secretary Chen Wenyuan and his delegation highly praised Hengjie's technological strength and innovation capabilities, expressing their appreciation for the company's dedicated efforts in advancing industry-wide technological progress.

During the subsequent symposium, both sides engaged in a detailed discussion on the specific models and contents of university-enterprise collaboration. Li Daotiao, Chairman, emphasized that the company has always placed great importance on talent development and technological innovation, expressing hope that this partnership will attract more outstanding professionals, injecting fresh vitality into Hengjie. At the same time, he also pledged to provide the college with practical teaching platforms and collaborative project opportunities, jointly tackling research challenges and driving technological breakthroughs, thereby seamlessly integrating industry, academia, and research. Chen Wenyuan, Secretary, proposed leveraging Party building initiatives to strengthen comprehensive cooperation with Hengjie, enhancing the application and commercialization of research projects and their outcomes. He further highlighted the importance of achieving mutual benefits in talent development, working together to build a "talent hub" and establishing a joint talent training mechanism. This initiative will not only offer students valuable hands-on experiences and employment opportunities but also help meet the growing demand for skilled professionals within the company's expanding operations.

Both sides unanimously agreed that industry-university collaboration and the integration of industry, academia, and research are crucial approaches for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented talents, as well as effective measures to drive innovation and development in enterprises.

In the future, Hengjie Communications will establish a long-term and stable partnership with the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Wenzhou University.
