The HJ-ICE16E protocol converter uses an E1 communication line to provide a 30.4M bandwidth data transmission channel for the Internet. It connects two local area networks into two segments of a single LAN using transmission devices such as optical terminals, sharing the same IP address. It automatically learns MAC addresses and filters data packets based on the address table (this function can be disabled), and is transparent to the TCP/IP protocol. It is widely used in public networks of telecom operators such as telecommunications and mobile, as well as private networks in postal services, power, banking, public security, military, railways, and large enterprises and institutions.

1. Achieve transparent transmission of Ethernet data over 16 E1 circuits;
2. CRC alarm threshold can be set to automatically isolate lines with poor transmission quality, and the disconnection is unidirectional. When the bit error rate in one direction of a 2M branch exceeds the threshold, only that direction is cut off, while the other direction remains unaffected, allowing asymmetric Ethernet transmission directions;
3. Allow multiple E1 lines to have a transmission delay difference of 10ms. When this difference exceeds the allowed range, the system can automatically stop sending data on the E1 with excessive delay;
4. Loopback function: E1 local loopback and E1 remote loopback;
5. Built-in dynamic Ethernet MAC address list (4096 entries) with local data frame filtering capability;
6. E1 interface complies with ITU-T G.703, G.704, and G.802.3;
7. E1 interface module includes built-in clock recovery circuit and HDB3 codec circuit;
8. Supports hot-swapping of E1 channels during device operation and automatically detects valid E1 channels without interrupting data transmission;
9. Supports flexible configuration of 1 to 16 E1 lines, automatically detecting the number and delay of E1s during reset and selecting available E1 ports;
10. Supports local system reset of the remote system;
11. Features Ethernet monitoring with automatic reset function;
12. Standard 1U chassis: (484x156x44)mm.
